Conveyance Of Mail Is Mandatory
If the Government of Nepal requests any person or organization operating any public transport to convey the mail, such person or organization shall mandatorily convey such
mail in priority over the passenger or commodities and for rendering such a service an appropriate transportation charge (rent) shall be given to such person or organization.
